I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions you might have regarding my services. This conversation gives you the opportunity to share what you need help with and to assess whether I am the right person to provide that help. I work hard to create a safe, comfortable environment where your concerns are heard. However, if you prefer to work with another therapist, I am happy to provide you with a short list of alternatives.
Sessions last 45 minutes including our first meeting. To maximize our time together, please complete the following forms prior to our first meeting.
