I approach our work together as a shared journey. We begin by identifying what you want to improve, change, or feel better about in your life. You lead the way as I guide the process of inquiry. We travel down a path of self-discovery gaining insight about the causes of undesired feelings and problems in your life.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in sociology and Masters of Education from The George Washington University. After receiving my Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2000, I was a therapist for seven years at The Women’s Center in Vienna, Virginia. In 2007, I established my private practice in Falls Church working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues. I also focus on reproductive health issues. Since 1995, I have lead groups for first-time mothers and their families through Parent and Childhood Education (PACE). I was the clinical supervisor for PACE for the past 10 years and have served on the Board of Directors during that time.
